Emily founded this firm to meet the needs of clients she felt had been left behind by the traditional law firm model: savvy real estate and business leaders who want efficient, honest, cost-effective legal representation. These core tenets are at heart of Emily T. Krone & Company, PLLC.
Emily prides herself on being a trusted adviser to her clients. She listens intently to their needs and works with them to see their dreams become a reality.
From deal analysis and risk management to document drafting and negotiation, Emily always has the client's big picture goals in mind. Using creative problem solving, she assists clients so they may operate in the most profitable and effective way possible.
Emily received her undergraduate degree from George Mason University in 2011 where she studied Conflict Analysis and Resolution with a minor in Legal Studies and graduated magna cum laude. In 2014, she earned her juris doctorate degree from South Texas College of Law and was licensed to practice law in the great state of Texas.
Emily is the Chairperson of the Ethics Review Board for the City of League City and is actively involved in the Clear Lake Area Chamber of Commerce, CREW-Houston, Communities in Schools - Bay Area, and the Bay Area Alliance for Youth and Families.
